​​SEEYOU's roots are Nordic. The company was initially developed in Dublin, Ireland. Management is based in London, and the company is relocating its domicile to Cyprus. Our APAC headquarters are in Hong Kong SAR, and the MENA headquarters are in Dubai. SEEYOU's team is diverse, representing 15 nationalities. Half of the executives are women.

Bjorn is a former investment banker and double-bottom line investor.

 

He built and ran the Norwegian trading and derivatives division of the largest investment bank in the Nordics, heads the Selleg Family Office, and is SEEYOU's originating founder.

Karina is a software engineer and former professional Red Bull athlete. She is the protagonist in "20 Seconds of Joy" and "The Resurrection"; her autobiography, "The Wonderful Feeling of Fear" and her TEDx talks highlighting her resilience and passion for safety while exploring new frontiers. ​​

Twana leads a diverse DevOps, Back-End, Front-End, AI, and Quality Assurance Testing engineering team. All are shareholders. The technology department operates from two key locations: Dublin, Ireland, recognized as the tech capital of Europe, and the DIFC, the leading hub for AI and Web3 developments in the MENA region. â€‹

​Theo is a leading system architect with extensive experience in adopting advanced AI security and tokenization technologies across global industries.​​

He is a former Italian Michelin-starred restaurant chef who turned chartered engineer with a master's degree in software development. Theo is also a significant contributor to our commercialization processes, which save resources and enable what is impossible for our clients today.

Dr. Lise Flovik

Co-Founder and Executive Director

Lise was formerly an associate professor and Head of the Department for Meta-Analysis in Epidemiology at STAMI. She holds a psychology degree and a Ph.D. from the University of Oslo and was nominated by PEROSH for Young European Researcher of the Year in 2019. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Lise was recognized on March 7th by Abelia, the association for knowledge and technology within NHO, the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises, as one of Norway's top 50 women in tech for 2025.​​​​​​​​

Non-Executive Chairman

Henrik is a distinguished lawyer who has chaired numerous high-profile companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

 

Mr. Christensen is an institution in Norwegian business circles, having chaired numerous important boards, led listings, restructurings, and M&A processes for decades.

The Tech Teams

SEEYOU has an all-shareholder team of 27 software engineers working across DevOps, backend, frontend, system, data, security, blockchain, and system architecture. CTO Twana Daniel leads the execution team from Dublin and the DIFC in Dubai. By the end of the year, the tech team is projected to triple to 75 members, with most of the growth anticipated in Hong Kong and the UK
